Henry Kornblatt brings over two decades of experience to the CapStar Commercial Realty team. Since 1987, Henry has dedicated himself to serving clients in the Baltimore-Washington D.C. area with integrity and professionalism.
Throughout his career, Henry has focused on finding real estate solutions for clients of all sizes in the Industrial/Office sector, as well as providing development and property management guidance. His areas of expertise include sales/leasing, land regulations, lease vs. purchase analysis, sale with leaseback transactions, business sales, warehousing/storage optimization, headquarters relocation and real estate expansion or consolidation.
As a Baltimore native, Henry has an innate, first-hand understanding of the area he serves. He uses his in-depth knowledge and vast experience to help his clients achieve success. By looking at every facet of a client’s business, Henry is able to optimize real estate strategies for each client’s unique needs. He applies his critical thinking skills to ensure clients fully understand their real estate challenges and opportunities, thereby creating a healthy space environment that allows operations to flourish. From conception to implementation, Henry guides his clients every step of the way.
In his personal life, Henry is blessed with a loving wife and three wonderful young adult children who make him more and more proud by the day, as they thrive with their own careers. He is also a classically trained musician, now playing jazz with local combos.
